Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns on opened or used cosmetic and skincare products.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (non-refundable)

Damaged or defective products:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@nordicstream.online. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
